Township Jazz Festival

The 18th Annual Township Jazz Festival returns once again. This event has gained a reputation as one of the best family-friendly music events in the state of Mississippi. This year’s festival will feature Jazz saxophonist, Grace Kelly.

Leap 4 the Lily Pad

Methodist Rehabilitation Center Green Space

The 13th Annual Leap 4 The Lily Pad will kick off at the green space in front of Methodist Rehab in Ridgeland, MS with a fun run, a 5K run/walk, and a 0.0 race. Enjoy live music by The Lonely Hearts, a kid zone including a sensory tent, characters + much more! ALL race proceeds go towards covering the operating costs of The Lily Pad Cafe.

Natchez Trace Century Ride

The Natchez Trace Century Ride is quickly becoming the largest spring cycling event in Mississippi. Nearly 1000 cyclists each year jump start their cycling season while discovering our small town charm and hospitality by pedaling on stretches of national scenic byway. This ride starts and ends in Ridgeland and provides an experience for riders of all ages and abilities.

Sante South Wine Festival

The Santé South Wine Festival has grown into the largest wine and culinary extravaganza in the state of Mississippi. Santé South features many of the world’s premier wines and Mississippi’s most succulent culinary delights. Attendees can speak directly with boutique winemakers and sample from more than 120 exceptional wines while munching on fine food offerings from many of Mississippi’s top restaurants. This is a ticketed event.

Against the backdrop of a balmy sunset, a starry night sky and the gentle waves of the Rez, MSO treats listeners young, old and in-between to a lineup of favorites from stage, screen and the top of the charts. Bring the kids, bring the parents, bring a date, bring some friends, bring a picnic if you like — this outdoor charmer fits all. Count on the always-splendid fireworks at the end to unite the crowd with a feel-good exclamation point!

Lawn chairs, blankets, shorts and snacks — this casual concert brings all the orchestral oomph of the rest of the season, but with the pops punch, swinging vibe and outdoor breeze that’ve been magnets for this season-ending splash for decades. Bike riders, hikers, boaters and drivers converge on Old Trace Park to soak up sweet sounds at one of the metro area’s loveliest spots.

Jackson folk and soul singer/songwriter Teneia Sanders routes her international touring schedule back home to add her own sparkling stamp to Pepsi Pops and revel in dazzling new orchestral arrangements for her songs. Fan-favorite movie, Broadway, TV and patriotic selections light up the evening lineup almost as much as the fireworks finale.

Snappy Sync

Witness the magic of thousands of twinkling Snappy Sync fireflies flashing together during a special, 20-minute guided tour near the historic Old Trace. These tiny creatures are a BIG deal as they only perform this breathtaking show for a short period of time, and we are so lucky to have them right here in Ridgeland. Each tour will be led by a Mississippi Master Naturalist ready to guide you in wonder as these rare fireflies illuminate the night like a forest full of fairies. This rare and absolutely beautiful event is one you will want to bring the entire family to!
