Cyclists, runners, bird watchers and dog walkers share the 10-mile paved path that runs through historic Choctaw homelands near the Natchez Trace Parkway. There are several entry points throughout Ridgeland, and one way to start is at the trailhead at the Reservoir Overlook.

Popular with locals for picnicking and hammocking, the Reservoir Overlook just off the Natchez Trace Parkway has plenty of green space for pups to explore. Park your car here to access the nearby Chisha Foka Multi-Use Trail.
