Let the Shop Savings Commence! Mississippi Sales Tax Holiday Set for July 30-31
It’s the annual Sales Tax Holiday in Mississippi on July 30-31, 2021.
From 12:01 a.m. on Friday, July 30 to 12:00 midnight on Saturday, July 31 you can shop for items such as school supplies, clothing and footwear and pay no retail sales tax. Where better to cash in on the savings than Ridgeland’s Retail Trail?
The Sales Tax Holiday is for items costing less than $100 each. Items costing more and items not eligible for the holiday will have the usual retail tax of 7%.
